Semi-Automatic Ice Cream Cone Baking Machine
The Semi automatic Ice Cream Cone Machine is used for manufacture of ICE CREAM CONES, CUPS and DEEP HOLLOW WAFERS, It can also be used for moulded sugar cones. It is simple very solid and reliable and can be easily operated by unskilled workers with very basic training.

One die-unit can bake and produce only one type of cone/cup.

The upper and lower moulds are interchangeable. In two/three hours you can change the entire die-unit and start to produce with another type of cone.

It can be used for producing cones up to 120 mm height

The machine require 3 phase power for heating.

Depending on the model and diameter of the product lower section of mould consists of three to six rows.

Procedure

Put the water in a "TM" Series Mixer(Batter Mixer).

Add Soya Lecithin Liquid, Sodium Bicarbonate and
Ammonium Bi-Carbonate (3:1), Salt. -
Start the mixer, add the starch and then slowly add small quantity of flour in intervals.

After the wheat flour is fully mixed, add the fat and lecithin emulsion (preferably pre-warmed)

Mix for a couple of minutes (approx. 3-4 minutes) till smooth.

Strain through a sieve wire mesh to remove lumps.

The ready mix will KEEP good for about 2-3 hours, so just prepare sufficient quantity.
